Choosing a locksmith for the first time? Our guide on how to tell if a locksmith is legit walks through the checks, and how to check us the same way.
What happens when you call
- You talk to the locksmith who will do the job, not a call center.
- We ask what you need and where you are. For car keys, the year, make and model.
- You get the total price on the phone and how soon we can be there.
- The same person shows up, in a marked Desert Locksmith van. For car keys, we check your ID and registration before we start.
- You pay the price you were quoted. Cash or card (card payments carry a 4% fee).
Are you open 24/7?
No. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6 pm, and we would rather tell you that than promise 24/7. After hours, call or text anyway: if we are free, we will come, and if not, we will get back to you first thing in the morning.
