Our van carries key blanks, remotes, smart keys, a key machine and programming equipment, so we make the key where the car is parked and the unit is ready to move the same day.

Erase the old keys
When a car comes back from a driver, their key may still be out there. On many models, when we program the new key we can erase every key that isn’t present, so the old key no longer starts the car. Ask us when you call and we’ll tell you if your model supports it.
Keep the cost down
Not every car needs a remote. For units headed to auction or to the lot, a regular key with no remote is usually the cheapest way to get the car running. When a car needs a remote key or a push-to-start smart key, we tell you before we start, and we carry both original (OEM) and quality aftermarket keys.
Paperwork
For your protection and ours, we only make keys when the paperwork shows your company has the right to the vehicle, and the person meeting us has ID. Desert Locksmith is a NASTF-registered Vehicle Security Professional, which lets us get security codes for protected vehicles directly.

Can you do several cars in one visit?
Yes. Send us the list with year, make and model, or the VINs, and we give you a price per car before we come out. Then we do them one after another at your lot.
Do you invoice the company?
Yes. We send an invoice to your company after the work is done.
Can you make a key when there is no key at all?
Yes. All keys lost is most of the work we do for repo companies and dealers. We cut the key to the car’s lock and program it to the car on site.
Can you stop the old keys from working?
On many models, yes. When we program the new key we can erase keys that aren’t present, so a previous driver’s key no longer starts the car.
What is the cheapest key you can make?

What paperwork do you need?
Paperwork showing your company has the right to the vehicle, and ID from the person meeting us. We check it before we make a key.
